2. Photography Services
squazronkhar provides professional portrait and product photography services. All services are subject to availability and require prior booking and confirmation. Services are provided in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws and regulations.
3. Booking and Payment
Photography sessions must be booked in advance. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to secure your session date. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (GST/HST) as required by Canadian law. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
4. Image Rights and Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive usage rights for the images as specified in their service package. Commercial usage rights may require additional licensing agreements. All images remain the property of squazronkhar until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights as specified in their package agreement.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in your booking agreement. 6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver exceptional photography services, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, equipment failure, or client-related delays. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
7. Website Content
All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of squazronkhar and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct
